We would like to point out that your personal information that you may have given to the Company in the capacity of Data Controller may be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/assigned to third parties, classified and processed in the ways listed in the KVKK, subject to the terms and limits described below. Your Personal Data Will Be Processed For the Following Purposes:

In order for our company to carry out its activities in the best way, especially to fulfill its obligations under the legislation, the collection, use and processing of some of your personal data is of great importance.

Your collected personal data will be processed with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law., ensuring legal and commercial security; The Company's purchase and sale, business, service, supply, etc. making transactions related to the establishment and performance of contracts and conducting all kinds of commercial activities, human resources, employment policies and legal processes; Providing company services, communicating about the service you have received or will receive in this regard, using it in marketing activities, product or service offer, modeling, reporting, risk monitoring, potential customer identification, execution of lawsuits and enforcement proceedings to which our company is a party, etc.

All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and illegal access to your data and to keep your personal data safe.

The Parties and Purposes of Transfer of Your Personal Data:

Your collected personal data might be transferrred without limitation, to ensure the legal and commercial security of the Company and the persons/institutions that have a business relationship with the Company within the scope of the Company's legitimate interests and legal obligations, for the purposes of conducting transactions related to the establishment and performance of contracts, carrying out all kinds of commercial activities, human resources and employment policies, and providing company services, to the Company's shareholders, business partners, suppliers, external service providers, administrative and official authorities that must be legally transferred. It can be transferred to other persons/institutions and organizations and our company's contracted lawyers in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, due to legal reasons and within the framework of legal limitations.

Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection:

Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based on different legal reasons, in order to develop the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities. In this process, your personal data; It is collected through the information and request forms on our websites or in the physical environment. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.

Rights of Personal Data Owner as to Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to the public at the website www.aslanlarmetal.com. ve TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. If you submit it to the Company through the methods set forth in the Processing, Protection and Privacy Policy of Personal Data, the Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company. In this context, personal data owners have a right for;

• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

• requesting further information if personal data have been processed,

• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,

• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• Requesting the deletion or disposal of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• Objecting to a negative result to the disadvantage of the data owner which are obtained by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• Demanding the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with the 1st paragraph of the 13th article of the KVK Law, you must send your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to Aslanlar Metal in "written" or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to Aslanlar Metal in accordance with the prevailing provision of the KVK Law. In this context, the channels and procedures that you will submit your application to Aslanlar Metal in writing within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.
