In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”) your personal data my be processed within the scope described below by ASLANLAR METAL ALM.P.V.C.PLS.İML.İTH.İHR.SAN. and TİC.LTD.ŞTİ (“Company”) as the data controller:
We would like to point out that your personal information that you may have given to the Company in the capacity of Data Controller may be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/assigned to 3rd parties, classified and processed in the ways listed in the KVKK, subject to the terms and limits described below. Detailed explanations on these issues are presented below for your information.
• Your Personal Data Will Be Processed For the Following Purposes:
In order for our company to carry out its activities in the best way, especially to fulfill its obligations under the legislation, the collection, use and processing of some of your personal data is of great importance.
Your collected personal data will be processed with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law., ensuring legal and commercial security; The Company's purchase and sale, business, service, supply, etc. making transactions related to the establishment and performance of contracts and conducting all kinds of commercial activities, human resources, employment policies and legal processes; Providing company services, communicating about the service you have received or will receive in this regard, using it in marketing activities, product or service offer, modeling, reporting, risk monitoring, potential customer identification, execution of lawsuits and enforcement proceedings to which our company is a party, etc.
All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and illegal access to your data and to keep your personal data safe.
• To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your collected personal data; without limitation, in order to ensure the legal and commercial security of the Company and the persons/institutions that have a business relationship with the Company within the scope of the Company's legitimate interests and legal obligations; For the purposes of carrying out transactions related to the establishment and performance of the Company's purchase-sale, business, service, supply, etc. contracts, executing all kinds of commercial activities, human resources and employment policies, and providing company services; can be transferred to the Company's shareholders, business partners, suppliers, external service providers, administrative and official authorities that are legally required to be transferred, due to legal obligations and within the framework of legal limitations, other persons/institutions and organizations and our company's contracted lawyers in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
• Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is provided by our Company through different channels and based on different legal reasons; It is collected in order to develop the products and services we offer and to carry out our commercial activities. In this process, your personal data are collected through the information and request forms on our websites or in the physical environment. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.
• Rights of Personal Data Owners as to Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to the public at the website www.aslanlarmetal.com. ve TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. If you submit it to the Company through the methods set forth in the Processing, Protection and Privacy Policy of Personal Data, the Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company. In this context, personal data owners have a right for;
• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting further information if personal data have been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or disposal of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to a negative result to the disadvantage of the data owner which are obtained by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demanding the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
In accordance with the 1st paragraph of the 13th article of the KVK Law, you must send your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to Aslanlar Metal in "written" or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to Aslanlar Metal in accordance with the prevailing provision of the KVK Law. In this context, the channels and procedures that you will submit your application to ASLANLAR METAL ALM.P.V.C.PLS.İML.İTH.İHR.SAN. ve TİC.LTD.ŞTİ’in writing within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.
In order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, send your request to Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone Mevlana Cad. No:2 Sarıçam/ADANA by registered letter with return receipt or in writing to aslanlarmetal@aslanlarmetal.com e-mail address or fax number 0322 394 45 13, together with the necessary information identifying you and your explanations about the right you want to use, also specify which of your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law relates to the use of your right.
We would like to state that we reserve the right to reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require a disproportionate level of technical effort, pose a threat to the privacy of others' personal data, or cannot be met within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law.

GENERAL EXPLANATIONS
Personal data owners (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") defined as the data subject in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVK Law”) have been granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVK Law.
In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law applications regarding these rights to our Company, which is the data controller, must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
In this context, applications to be made to our Company in “written” formmight be delivered to us by printing out this form;

By sending it to the registered e-mail address of the Company, signed by the Applicant with an "secure electronic signature" defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070,

Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, depending on the nature of the request. Our answers will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant KVK Law.
